3. Which EA is the best? Do you recommend any?
We generally do not recommend a specific EA as the best choice for every trader.

5. Do products include SetFiles or presets?
It depends on the individual product.
Some EAs may include:

If SetFiles or presets are included, this should be stated in the product description or included in the product package.
Please do not assume that every EA includes optimized SetFiles.
6. What file format will I receive?
Digital products may be delivered in different formats depending on the product.
Common formats include:

Installation instructions, when provided, should be included with the product or described on the relevant product page.

7. How will I receive my product?

Most products are available shortly after successful payment.
If you complete payment but cannot access your purchase, please contact support with your order information.
8. Are there any usage limits?

The applicable product license and product description take priority.

9. Do I get free updates?

When updates become available to us, we may provide them through the customer’s available download or account access.
However, ForexEAPro does not guarantee that every product will receive future updates.
10. Why are your prices cheaper than official sources?

Pricing can vary depending on:

11. Can I request a refund or exchange?

12. When is a refund NOT applicable?

- Trading results differ from a backtest
- The product experiences losing trades or drawdown
- You experience losses while trading
- Your broker produces different results
- You expected a different trading strategy or behavior
- You purchased the wrong product
Trading performance is not a guaranteed feature of any EA, indicator, signal, or trading system.

13. Do you provide trial versions?
Trial or demo versions are not guaranteed to be available.
Some products may have a free version, demo, backtest, or other evaluation option if the developer or product listing provides one.
If no trial version is offered on the product page, we cannot guarantee that one will be available.
We recommend reviewing the available product information and testing compatible products on a demo trading account where possible.
14. Can I exchange a product?
Product exchanges may be considered in limited circumstances, primarily where the delivered product is materially defective, incorrect, or incompatible with what was specifically advertised.
Where possible, we may provide:
- A corrected file
- The correct product version
- A replacement product file
- Another appropriate resolution
An exchange is not automatically available simply because you prefer another EA or because a product does not produce the trading results you expected.

15. What if I can’t find a specific EA?
Our catalog is continuously updated, but not every product available on the market is listed on ForexEAPro.
You may contact us with:
- Exact product name
- Product website or reference link
- Developer name, if known
We may consider adding or sourcing a product where appropriate.
However, we cannot guarantee that every requested product will become available.
16. Can I share, resell, or redistribute a product I purchased?
No, unless the applicable product license explicitly permits it.
Purchasing a digital product does not automatically transfer copyright or intellectual property ownership.
Unless expressly authorized, you may not:
- Resell the product
- Redistribute the files
- Upload the product to another website
- Share download links publicly
- Give the product away
- Sublicense the product
- Claim ownership of the original work
- Remove copyright or licensing information
- Circumvent product activation or licensing systems

17. Do you provide decompiling or license-bypass services?
No.
ForexEAPro does not provide:
- Decompiling services
- Cracking services
- License bypassing
- Reverse engineering
- Source-code extraction
- Protection removal
- Activation bypassing
We also do not assist customers in circumventing the licensing or technical protection of third-party products.
18. Do you provide custom EA development or modifications?
A standard product purchase does not include custom development or modification services.
We do not guarantee that purchased EAs can be modified to implement a customer’s personal trading strategy.
If a specific product or service explicitly offers customization, the applicable terms will be stated separately.
19. What if an EA does not open trades?
An EA not opening trades does not automatically mean that the product is defective.
Possible causes include:
- Incorrect installation
- Incorrect platform
- Incorrect symbol
- Incorrect timeframe
- Trading hours or filters
- Broker restrictions
- Account type
- Insufficient margin
- EA settings
- Market conditions
- Spread or execution conditions
- Required DLL or permission settings
- License or activation issues
We recommend checking the product instructions and MetaTrader logs first.
If you believe there is a genuine technical problem with the delivered product, contact support with:
- Order number
- Purchase email
- Product name
- MT4/MT5 version
- Relevant screenshots
- Relevant error messages or Experts/Journal logs
We will review the issue and provide reasonable assistance where possible.
20. What if my license does not activate?
Some products use license or activation systems.
If you experience a legitimate activation problem, contact support with your order information and the relevant activation details.
We may assist with valid activation issues.
We do not support attempts to bypass, modify, crack, or circumvent product licensing systems.
21. Do you sell source code?
Some products may be available with source code.
If source code is included, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Source code may include files such as:

Purchasing source code does not automatically transfer copyright or unrestricted intellectual property rights to the buyer.
Your rights to use, modify, or distribute source code depend on the applicable product license.
22. What if I have a problem with my order?

For technical issues, additional information such as your MT4/MT5 version, broker environment, and Experts/Journal logs may help us investigate the problem more efficiently.

- Accuracy
- ROI
- Winning trades
- Maximum drawdown
- Trading frequency
- Recovery of losses
- Future performance
Trading involves substantial risk, and you may lose some or all of your trading capital.

24. What is the safest way to use an EA?
There is no completely risk-free automated trading system.
As a general precaution, we recommend:

- Use appropriate position sizing and risk management
- Avoid risking money you cannot afford to lose
